Hypertension is one of the most common condition Nepalese people are suffering.But what we should know that it can be prevented in most of the cases , it is mostly due to life-style choices that we make we suffer from this condition.
So what are different life-styles that we are adopting in the urban areas. As we get more and more advanced our manual labour is decreasing , we spent most of the time infront of television and computers and childrens are making habit of spending more time infront their television sets or time playing video games.They are forming habit of consuming ready made food and avoidung fruits and vegetables. So here are some recommendation that we can follow so that hypertension can be avoided.
1.Regular excercise per day . leisurely walking in the morning won't help.We should try running or we can walk atleast 95 steps per minute.
2.try consuming less of fatty ,oily food.Avoid fried foods.
3.Enjoy out-doors . Make habit of some out door activities like playing football, badmintionin the evenings.
4.Do not consume more than 5 gms of salt per day, that is table salt as we get salt from our daily food items.
5.Beside this try some yoga or meditetation to pacify yourself , as daily tension also causes hypertension.
If these things are followed you can get some relife.
